Custom-made products
Our configurator manufactures all frames for you, as you have entered and ordered them on our website. Supply Online therefore does not take any product(s) back. Unless the product is defective or incomplete, this cannot be solved and this defect can be attributed to Online Supply. In that case we will do our best to deliver a new product as soon as possible.

Warranty conditions aluminum frames

We offer extensive guarantees on our aluminum frames . We supply high-quality aluminum frames so that we can offer the following guarantees:

5 year warranty on aluminum frames and windows;
2 year warranty on the hinges and locks;
5 year warranty on the ventilation grilles.
5-year warranty on the glazing system, including the placement of the ventilation grille on the glass;
Glass breakage and scratches, other than those found on delivery, are excluded from the warranty.

We can only give these guarantees if the frame and associated hinges and locks are properly maintained. Read our maintenance advice for aluminum frames .

Warranty conditions on wooden frames

There are guarantees on the wooden frames of Toelevering Online. We offer the following warranties on our products:

Wooden window frames

10 year warranty on the frames and windows;
6 year warranty on the wooden exterior doors;
2 year warranty on the hinges and locks;
10-year warranty on the glazing system, including the placement of the ventilation grille on the glass;
10 year warranty on the ventilation grilles.

The guarantees on our wooden frames apply when:

the wooden frame is painted within 18 months after delivery;
our maintenance advice is observed;
in case of glazing, the frame is glazed in our factory by our employees.

Glass breakage and scratches, other than those found on delivery, are excluded from the warranty. Deflection and warp of a door may be ≤ 6 mm. For a wooden sliding door, this may be ≤ 3 mm.

Warranty conditions plastic frames

Supply Online offers the following warranty on its products:

10-year warranty on the plastic frames and windows;
2 year warranty on the hinges and locks;
10 year warranty on the ventilation grilles.
10-year warranty on the glazing system, including the placement of the ventilation grille on the glass;
Glass breakage and scratches, other than those found on delivery, are excluded from the warranty.

These guarantees apply when the window frame and associated hinges and locks are properly maintained. Read our maintenance advice for this .
