The facade systems serve to construct glass facades of buildings such as banks, hotels, government buildings, office buildings, showrooms, sports halls, etc. They are also used in the implementation of spatial constructions and glass roofs that must ensure good light in the interior of buildings. and a good climate and comfort for the users. They are the ideal tools for design in modern architecture and the execution of architects’ daring visions. Of this group, the systems with studs and crossbars are the most popular, but the ALUPROF facade solutions offer also includes a complete product range of different construction and appearance, including individual solutions.

Among the facades with studs and crossbeams, the MB-TT50 system is the most technologically advanced construction of our company. In this system, a completely new approach has been applied to the construction of profiles and accessories responsible for tightness and thermal insulation, as well as to the mounting technology of the facade. As a result, we offer a product with technical parameters that are among the highest among the aluminum facade systems available on the market and that perfectly meets the requirements of energy-efficient and passive construction.

An important place in the range of facade systems from ALUPROF is occupied by the wall with uprights and crossbeams MB-SR50N. It has versions with increased thermal insulation: MB-SR50N HI and MB-SR50N HI+, but also versions that allow constructions with different shapes, such as the so-called vertical or horizontal line or the “semi-structural” facade MB-SR50N EFEKT. In the field of opening elements, the MB-SR50N system forms the basis for constructions such as the MB-SR50N OW pivot-slide windows, the MB-SR50N IW windows integrated into the facade and the special aesthetic and functional MB-SR50N RW skylights. The MB-SR50N stud and crossbar system also forms the basis for MB-SR50N EI fire-resistant facades and glass roofs.

The solutions from the system with posts and crossbars also include the important roof window system with high thermal insulation MB-RW. This system can be used in structures made of MB-SR50N or MB-TT50 upright and crossbar systems.

ALUPROF’s facade offer also includes systems for structural glazing: MB-SG50 and semi-structural glazing: MB-SG50 SEMI, which are used for the construction of facades that give buildings a prestigious and representative character.

The facade systems are supplemented with MB-SUNPROF facade blinds for use with large glazing areas and the EXTRABOND ventilation wall whose external coating forms the facade cladding. This ensures high aesthetic properties and particularly good thermal insulation of the construction.

A separate group within the facade systems consists of system walls such as MB-SE75 and individual solutions for objects, namely systems that are developed according to strict criteria in collaboration with the architects of the building. In principle, such systems must meet atypical requirements with regard to aesthetics and technical parameters that are specific to the project in question.
